New Patients at Roots Chiropractic
Your First Visit
You are free to book your initial new patient appointment over the phone at (920) 288-2003, online, or via email. Once you’re scheduled, we will send over your electronic new patient intake forms which can be easily completed and submitted on your phone or device. Doing this ahead of time makes it super convenient for new patients and also provides Dr. Brian plenty of time to review your case prior to your first appointment.
Your new patient appointment will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive for your initial appointment, one of our team members will greet you and give you a quick tour of the office. Then, you’ll have:
- A consultation with the doctor including discussion of your health history
- Insight neurological scan (which is 100% safe for pregnant women + children)
- A focused physical examination
- Your first chiropractic adjustment
- Schedule your follow-up report of findings appointment
Before you return for your second visit, Dr. Brian will review your case and design a customized plan for you.
Follow-Up & Regular Visits
At your follow-up appointment, the Doctor will go through a complete report, review your exam and scan results, and discuss the recommended schedule of care to best address health challenges at hand.
You’ll be given a full explanation of what’s happening inside of your body and how we can address the root cause with chiropractic care. Don’t worry, we’ll explain everything in detail so you understand your results clearly, no confusing medical jargon here. This appointment will take approximately 20 minutes including your 2nd chiropractic adjustment.
After your initial new patient appointment, your regular adjustment visits will be much shorter, about 5-10 minutes per visit.
